For eligible returns, refunds will be provided in the form of coupons equal to the item's value, redeemable exclusively on our online store, and these coupons will remain valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are on sale.

Easezio offers you the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before it's processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount and your unique order tracking ID.
